An ESD Workstation Monitor is a continuous monitoring device designed to ensure the effectiveness of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control systems at workstations. It provides real-time supervision of grounding conditions for operators, wrist straps, and ESD work surfaces to maintain a safe static-free environment.

The monitor continuously checks the integrity of grounding connections and alerts the user through visual or audible alarms if any fault, high resistance, or disconnection is detected. This helps prevent damage to sensitive electronic components caused by static discharge during assembly, testing, or handling.
